Well, fashion fans and country music enthusiasts it is time yet again for Country’s Biggest Night. The 53rd CMA Awards aired on Wednesday night. Much like previous ceremonies, it aired on ABC and the chosen venue was Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Musician Carrie Underwood returned as host. However, in the place of her co-host Musician Brad Paisley Country Legends Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton. As always, the night was a celebration of country stars of yesterday and today. Also, the ladies of country music truly stole the show. While it was a great night for country music there was no shortage of red-carpet fashion. Check out below some of the looks from the night below.
Last night, the 2017 CFDA Fashion Awards took place at The Manhattan Center’s Hammerstein Ballroom. The award show highlights some of the top talents in the fashion industry. This year’s host is SNL Alum and Late-Night Host Seth Meyers. Several notable nominees were awarded during this year’s ceremony including the 2017 Fashion Icon Award to Franca Sozzani who served as Editor-in-chief- of Vogue Italia until her unfortunate passing last December. Of course, while we looking forward to all this year’s nominees we couldn’t overlook all the red-carpet fashion. Several of the ladies were loving the pantsuits. Check out the blue carpet looks below.
Tonight, the 2017 Met Gala took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the heart of New York City. As we reported last Monday this year’s theme is Comme des Garçons’s Rei Kawakubo. Known as “Fashion’s Biggest Night” we were excited to see how the celebrities would translate into their red carpet looks. While some captured the avant-garde element of this year’s them others played it safe. Here are a few of the red carpet looks and we let you all be the judge.
Sunday was the 52nd Annual ACM Awards and aired on CBS. It was held at last Las Vegas’s T-Mobile Arena. Billed as Country Music’s Party of the Year this year’s show was co-hosted by Country Superstars Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan for the second consecutive year. While the awards show celebrated some of the biggest names in the world of country I would be remiss to not mentioned all the red-carpet fashion. Blue Suits and Printed Jackets were favorites among the gentlemen. Below are some of my favorite looks from the red carpet.
Tonight, was the 2017 Kids Choice Awards. The award show is held at USC Galen Center in Los Angeles and broadcasted on Nickelodeon. This year’s event is hosted by WWE Superstar John Cena. The show had changed since my days of tuning in as a kid. The KCAs is one of the award shows geared more towards a younger demographic. Although, the orange carpet is more casual than most I am still curious to see the looks. Here are some of the looks rocked by the celebs tonight.
The 2017 award show season is officially in full swing. To kick things off is the 74th Annual Golden Globes Awards. This year’s show is hosted by Comedian & Late Night Host Jimmy Fallon. The ceremony celebrates the best in film and television. Awards aside we can’t keep our eyes off all the fashion on the red carpet. Of course, yellow was the big color of the night. Metallic was hit for another season as well.
Here are some of our favorite looks.
