It is another week and of course, that means, even more, breaking fashion news. As always, there was no shortage of stores that took place over the week. Check out our rewind of some of them below.
A.L.C. and Parachute Team Up for Limited-Edition Capsule Collection

On Wednesday, WWD reported that ready-to-wear brand A.L.C has partnered with Parachute, the L.A.-based home essentials company for a limited-edition capsule collection. The collection launched with items such as 100 percent silk pajama sets, a robe, pillowcases, and an eye mask.

“I’m so excited to partner with another female-led brand to release a special lifestyle collection,” said Lieberman. “With A.L.C., it’s always been our mission to make women look and feel their best,” she said, noting that she’s happy to extend this approach to a new aspect of her life and in her home.
Prices range from $59 for the eye mask to $389 for the robe. The collection is available in stores and online.
Under Armour “Iron Will” Project Collection Available Now

On Thursday, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson released his latest collection “Iron Will” Project Collection with Under Armour. According to Footwear News, the collection is inspired by Johnson’s personal gym, Iron Paradise.
“Iron Will takes time. No one gets it on the first effort — that’s not how it works. But over time, experience, pain and gains, that Iron Will is sharpened in all of us. So, I walk in, turn the music up, chalk up, shut up, and get to work.”
The 11-year-old boxer who stars in the Project Rock fall campaign.

This collection not only marks the first Fall collection but kids ‘collection as well. The collection includes items such as P2 trainer sneaker available in two new colorways (White/Grey and Black/White), shirts, shorts, leggings, pants, sweatshirts, and jackets. Shop the collection at Under Armour shops, select global retailers and their website.
Eloquii Store Opening Coming to Atlanta’s Lenox Square Shopping Mall in November
Lastly, to wrap up this installment comes courtesy of Eloquii. It was announced that Plus Size retailer will be opening a new store location in Atlanta’s Lenox Square Shopping Mall this November. This will mark their seventh store opening following the King of Prussia Shopping Mall announced last month.
My Own Sense of Fashion will keep you posted as we get closer to the store’s opening. The brand also announced its first-ever plus-size crowdsourced collection with Refinery 29.
