You could pretty much say 2017 was the year of the matte lipstick.  Matte lipstick was pretty much everywhere you turned from the runway to social media. We even receive an exclusive opportunity to test out a few shades from Maybelline Inti- Matte Nudes and Color Sensational® Matte Metallics  lines.

Burt’s Bees Makeup Line Debuts

In August, Natural Beauty Brand Burt’s Bees debuted their full line of makeup.  It seemed like the perfect progression for the brand especially for the naturalistas looking for quality makeup.

Of course, we had to mention Fenty Beauty, which took the world by storm since its launch in September.  What we loved most about the line is the wide range of shades which is unfortunately still a major problem.  The line is still very new and making progress. We are curious to see what will be next in 2018.

If you are in search of a new signature scent then you have plenty to choose from depending on your preference.   New fragrances were released from Designer Tory Burch, Singer Diana Ross (see above) and many more.
