Last Thursday New York Fashion Week wrapped up for the Autumn/Winter 2017 season. We knew it would an extra interesting one considering it was happening in post-election New York City. Of course, we can say we weren’t disappointed. Several designers took this opportunity to express their feelings about the current state of events in their collections. Politics aside this season also saw the continuation from last season of designers like Christian Siriano, Michael Kors, Becca McCharen-Tran of Chromat had noteworthy plus size models walk in the shows.
