Last Saturday, I attended Make Music Day 2016 event held at local music store Andy’s Music. For those might be unfamiliar Make Music Day is a free worldwide celebration of music. The day was filled with local music, prizes, and food. The event begins with a performance from the local vocal band The Revision. Compose of vocal students, the group volunteer and performs in local nursing home. I really enjoyed their performance especially one of the members who played three instruments. Talk about talent!
In addition to great music, there were giveaways including an Epiphone DR100 guitar on their Facebook page. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay for the whole event. However, I had a great time. Hopefully, I can stay longer next year. Here are a few images from the day below. To find out more information you visit Make Music Day’s website. You can also find Andy’s Music on their website and Facebook.
